Full Body Workout Ft. Eddie Lemonier

THE WORKOUT

Model and fitness instructor Eddie Lemonier (IG @eddielemonier) brings us the perfect at home full-body workout in this new series. These exercises target all muscles and require no equipment, making it possible for it to be done anywhere. Exercises include push up with shoulder taps, multi-directional lunges, and leg lifts. Eddie recommends little to no breaks between exercises for a 5 rounds. One minute break between rounds for quality reps. Watch the full sequence below:
